Speech therapy is an investment in your child or young adult's communication abilities. It is important that your family feel comfortable with your speech therapist.
Students will be scheduled for an initial "trial" session, to make sure it is a good match. You can choose to discontinue services at any time, but please give at least two weeks notice.
Below outlines the way I structure therapy and rates.
Services are typically provided in your home, where your child is most comfortable. If this does not work for your family, I am also able to see students at my home in Franklin, Michigan.
Two-way VIDEO THERAPY is now available throughout Michigan! Students logon and engage in a dynamic session where they are able to see resources right on the screen, all while using a HIPAA compliant server.
Services are provided one on one and directly tailored to your child's specific needs. I consult with you and your student to find goals that target areas they need to strengthen.
TELE-THERAPY with live VIDEO is now available for Michigan families to utilize during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond!
My students are able to logon though a HIPAA compliant website right from a computer, tablet, or phone to connect with me for a two- way video session. Students can engage with interactive activities, screen sharing, and more!
I would love to talk with you about the services I’m providing as we all adjust to the new “normal” for now!
As of June 2020 I am providing in person sessions and tele-therapy sessions, allowing families to choose what works best for them. If you would like more information regarding online sessions- I am offering new families the opportunity to check out the online platform, meet me remotely, and chat about their students needs during a free 20 minute session.
Keeping Families Safe
Now more than ever, my top priority is keeping you and your family safe from germs. At this time, I am not requiring students in preschool or elementary school to wear masks or protective equipment. I do ask that you are monitoring your family's health and if anyone in your home has a fever or any symptoms we postpone your child's session.
Here are the procedures that I've put in place in response to COVID-19.
Daily Health Screening- Temperature and symptom checks for therapist
Use of FDA cleared Clear Mask- To protect your student while still offering full view of mouth and facial expressions
Materials Sanitized- Use of sanitizer on any material brought into your home between students
Utilizing Outdoor Therapy When Possible

I DO NOT accept insurance at this time. I do provide families a monthly statement that can be submitted to an HSA or FSA for reimbursement. This statement can additionally be used if your specific insurance company/policy covers "out of network" speech therapy and you would like to submit to your insurance company.
